1. What kind of race cars do you offer?

   • Real NASCAR race cars, full size Indy-style race cars, Formula 2000 race cars & race prepped BMWs. CLICK HERE.

2. I want to buy a gift for someone, what should I buy?

   • Buy a Qualifier gift card - the Qualifier is the most popular driving program and the person receiving the Qualifier gift card can decide when and where they want to use it. CLICK HERE.

3. Do you have gift cards or gift certificates for sale?

   • We offer gift cards. Gift cards are good for either Mario Andretti or Jeff Gordon Racing Schools and are good for one year at any of our nation wide locations. CLICK HERE.

4. Is the holiday discount good for gift card purchases?

   • Yes.

5. How do I get a free Smart money clip?

   • With the purchase of any drive program now through December 24th.

6. Are there any additional fees or taxes that I have to pay?

   • Taxes are already included in the price of the program. There is a $25 fee added to each driving package for the Racing License and Insurance.

7. What are the promotion dates?

   • November 1st - November 30th save 25% off drives, December 1st - December 24th save 15% off drives. Champ rides are on sale for $99 November 1st - December 24th.

8. Will I receive my purchase before Christmas?

   • Yes - the last day to order will be December 23rd to receive before Christmas.

9. What shipping method do you use?

   • USPS (United States Postal Service) is our standard free shipping, however, please keep in mind that tracking is not available with this option, so we can not guarantee delivery. Federal Express can be purchased for an additional cost.

10. What are your business hours this holiday season?

    • Business hours are Monday - Friday 8AM-8PM EST. Starting November 8th, offices will be open 7 days a week 8AM-8PM EST. We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

11. What do I get in the mail when I order a gift card?

    • The gift card in a gift card holder plus a free money clip for any driving package purchased.

12. How long will it take for me to receive my package?

    • Orders are shipped out of our North Carolina or Las Vegas office via USPS. Orders can take approximately 1-2 weeks depending on where it is being shipped. Federal Express packages will be shipped via 2-day or overnight depending on which method you choose.

13. What is your refund policy?

    • There are no refunds for any reason.

15. What kind of race tracks will I drive on?

    • Superspeedway for NASCAR race cars and Indy-style race cars and a road course for Formula 2000 and BMW Z3s. CLICK HERE.

16. Are there any restrictions for riding or driving?

    • Yes - you must be in good physical condition, cannot exceed 6 ft 7 in and 300 lbs, and you must be 18 and have a valid drivers license to drive. Riders are allowed at any age as long as they are a minimum of 5 ft and 100 lbs. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian present to participate.

17. How do I finance my holiday purchase?

    • Financing is available with GE Money - it is quick and easy. CLICK HERE.

18. Do I have to know how to drive a manual transmission (stick-shift)?

    • Yes - for the NASCAR race cars, Formula 2000 and BMW Z3 programs. For the Indy-style cars you do not.

19. 19. How long will it take to complete a driving program?

    • All programs will take approximately 3 hours, with the exception of the World Champion and Lapping Days programs.
